Please note: All returns & exchanges must be sent back in like-new condition with no visible signs of wear and the original tags attached and packaging. All below conditions and processes still apply.
WEAR POLICY
We can only accept items in like-new, unused condition with no visible signs of wear and tags attached. This helps us sustain our business, reduce waste, and meet the expectations of future customers. For these reasons, items returned with wear will be returned to the customer.

START YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Items purchased from Craghoppersusa.com are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery. As stated in the wear policy, Craghoppers items must be unworn, in the same condition as they were received in, with all tags attached and all original packaging included.
We employ a self-serve returns system where you can easily exchange for a different size or color; you can also turn your item(s) into store credit for later, or request a refund altogether.
To start your return or exchange, you will need:
- Your order number (e.g., CH12345)
- The ZIP Code to which the order was delivered
EXCHANGES
For exchanges, the replacement order is created in our system when the carrier scans your returning package. For returns for refund, once a return arrives at our warehouse, it can take 10 to 14 business days to receive, inspect, and process it. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed. Please note, refunds generally take 3-5 business days to reflect in an account once it is issued, based on your financial institution.
SHIPPING BACK
- Please ship returns and/or exchanges in a box separate from the product packaging.
- If sending back more than one order, please use separate shipping boxes with corresponding labels.

REFUNDS
You will receive your refund within 10-14 business days of the returned item being received by our Rust & Salt warehouse. We will email you once your refund has been processed.
If you have not received your refund after 14 days of your returned item being received, please contact us.
